University of Education Winneba (UEW) emerged as champions of the 27th GUSA GAMES held at KNUST from 4th to 19th November, 2022.
With 22 gold, 22 silver and 17 bronze Medals, UEW were crowned winners of this year’s GUSA games after 10 years of trophyless.
University of Cape Coast (UCC) and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) placed second and third respectively whilst University of Ghana (UG) and University for Developing Studies (UDS) occupied the 4th and 5th positions respectively.
University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) and University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) were 6th and 7th respectively.
The rest of the Universities were not ranked because they failed to win any medal in the competition.
University of Cape Coast will host the next edition of GUSA Games.
